根据当前新冠疫情防控形势及山东省、济南市最新疫情防控要求，山东财经大学雅思机考考点要求所有报名参加考试的考生了解并遵循以下防控措施：
1.考试当日，以下考生不能入校参加考试：
1)7天内有国内中、高风险地区旅居史（健康码、行程码非绿码）的考生不能进入考点参加考试，对尚未公布中高风险区但7天内发生社会面疫情的地区，参照中风险区执行。
2)考前28天内有国（境）外旅居史的考生不能进入考点参加考试。
3）考试前7天及考试当日，有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等症状的考生不能进校参加考试。
2.来济人员入济前要提前3天向目的地社区、酒店、宾馆或单位报备，并按要求分类落实疫情防控措施，进行健康管理。
非疫情重点地区入济返济人员，须持有48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，入济后进行“5天3检”，其中抵济后要立即进行1次核酸检测“落地检”，入济后前3天不参加聚集性活动、不乘坐公共交通工具、不进入公共场所。即考生最早可于入济后第4天才可以进入考点参加考试。
考生须及时了解济南市最新的新冠疫情防控政策，外地考生请密切关注进出济南市的防疫要求及政策变化以便提前做好行程安排，咨询电话：济南市0531-12345、0531-66601733、市中区0531-82078532。请注意：如考生属于受济南市疫情防控措施及考点所在属地管辖机关限制的人员，将无法参加考试。
3.考生须按规定从山东财经大学国际交流中心（山东天舜大厦，舜耕路42-1号南区，舜耕路与历阳大街交口往北70米路东）入口，往东直行50米后左转，沿雅思考试专用通道进入考场。此路线为进入考场的唯一路线，其他校门在考试期间不允许考生进入。
4.考生在指定校门进出时，须遵循以下要求：
1)必须佩戴口罩（一次性使用医用口罩、医用外科口罩或更高防护级别口罩。
2)a.扫描“场所码”,出示防疫健康信息码---绿码；
b.利用微信中的“国家政务服务平台”或“山东健康码”小程序，出示通信行程卡---绿码；
c.所有考生均须出示考试日期前3天内在济南市核酸检测机构所做的2次核酸检测阴性记录（2次检测时间间隔24小时），可从“山东健康码”上点击“核酸检测”出示电子版的核酸检测信息。
符合以上条件者方可进入考点。请考生提前安装该小程序并测试是否能够正常显示以上信息。不能出示以上绿码信息及核酸检测阴性记录者不能进入考点参加考试。
3）所有考生均须持济南市本地核酸检测机构出具的48小时内（以进入考场时间往前推48小时，以出具报告时间为准）纸质版核酸检阴性报告（核酸检测点出具的检测报告、从“山东健康码”上将查询到的核酸检测记录截屏打印均可）才能进入考点参加考试，该报告须交由考点留存。考生在考试当日第二次入校时无需再次提交纸质版核酸检测阴性报告。
4）出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长及陪考人员一律禁止进入考点。考生不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。
5)出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。
6)测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入学校。
7)考试结束后请直接离开学校，不得在校园内逗留。
5.建议考生比常规的口笔试到达时间再提前30分钟或更早到达考点，确保有足够的时间完成体温检测及防疫健康信息码（健康码）、通信大数据行程卡（行程码）、核酸检测报告的检查和访客登记等防疫流程，按时进入考场。工作日早上考点门口西侧的舜耕路交通流量较大，请考生务必合理安排行程，按照上述要求的时间到达考点，以免耽误考试。
6.出租车、网约车和私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

Notice on the Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures of
the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics
(Updated to October 28th 2022)
According to the current situation of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control arrangement, as well as the control requirements from Jinan City and Shandong Province, the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics requires all candidates who register for the IELTS test to understand and follow the following prevention and control measures:
1. On the day of the test, the following candidates are not allowed to enter the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics to take the test:
1）Candidates with travel or residence history within 7 days from/in the medium- and/or high-risk areas in China (the “health code”, the “travel code” other than green) cannot enter the test venue to take the test. For the areas where medium- and/or high-risk areas have not yet been announced but where social epidemics have occurred within 7 days, shall refer to the medium-risk areas.
2）Candidates with a history of travel or residence abroad within 28 days before the test are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test.
3）Candidates who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea and other symptoms within 7 days before the test and on the day of the test are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test.
2. Individuals should report to the destination community, hotel, guesthouse or workplace, 3 days in advance before arrival in Jinan, and should follow the epidemic prevention and control measures as well as the control requirements to carry out health management.
Individuals from non-epidemic key areas must hold a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours of arrival, and must take the COVID-19 nucleic acid test "3 times in 5 days" after arrival in Jinan. Of the 3 COVID-19 nucleic acid tests, one COVID-19 nucleic acid test must be taken immediately after arrival in Jinan. Individuals are not allowed to participate in gathering activities, take public transportation, or enter public places for the first 3 days after arrival. That is, candidates are allowed to enter the test center to take the test as early as the 4th day after arrival in Jinan.
Candidates must keep abreast of the latest COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures, as well as the control requirements from Jinan. Candidates outside of Jinan should pay close attention to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements, as well as the changes of such requirements in Jinan in order to adjust travel measures accordingly in advance. Please note: Candidates who are restricted by Jinan COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures and the jurisdiction of the test center will not be allowed to take the test.
3. Candidates must enter the International Exchange Center of Shandong University of Finance and Economics (Shandong Tianshun Building, South District of No. 42-1 Shungeng Road, 70 meters north of the intersection of Shungeng Road and Liyang Avenue), go straight to the east for 50 meters, turn left, and enter the test center along the IELTS test special passage. This route is the only way to enter the test center, and other entrance are not allowed for candidates to use during the test period.
4. Candidates are required to comply with the following requirements when entering and exiting the designated school gate:
1）Candidates must wear masks (disposable medical masks, surgical masks, or higher protective masks).
2) a. Scan the "venue code" and show the “health code” - green code;
b. Use the "National Government Service Platform" or "Shandong Health Code" (the mini program in WeChat) to show the “travel code” - green code;
c. All candidates must show the two negative reports of the COVID-19 nucleic acid tests (the interval between the two tests is 24 hours) issued by Jinan local nucleic acid testing institutions within 3 days before the test date. Candidate can also click "Nucleic Acid Test" from "Shandong Health Code" to show the electronic version of the nucleic acid test information.
Only those who meet the conditions above can enter the test center. Please install the mini program in WeChat in advance and test whether the information above can be displayed normally. Those who cannot show the information of the “green codes” listed above and the record of the negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test cannot enter the test center to take the test.
3) All candidates must show a paper version of the negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test report issued by a local COVID-19 nucleic acid testing institution in Jinan within 48 hours (the report should be issued within 48 hours before the time of entering the test center, and the 48 hours is subject to the time when the report issued) before entering the test center to take the test, and the report must be handed over to the test center for retention. Candidates do not need to submit a paper version of the negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test report again when enter the campus for the second time on the test day.
4) Candidates must show your IELTS admission permit for that day's test. Candidates (including minors under the age of 18) are required to enter the test center at the designated time, and parents and other test attendants are not allowed to enter the test center. Candidates cannot request to enter the test center at a time other than the designated time for being familiar with the environment of the test center.
5) Candidates must show your national ID (if you are registered with a passport, please also bring your national ID for verification).
6) Candidates must take your temperature at the test center. Candidates whose body temperature meets the standard, that is, candidates with a body temperature below 37.3 ℃, are allowed to enter the test center.
7) Candidates shall leave the campus directly and are not allowed to stay on campus after the test.
5. It is recommended that candidates shall arrive at the test center 30 minutes or earlier than the regular arrival time for the oral and written tests to ensure that there is enough time to complete the COVID-19 epidemic prevention procedures such as body temperature check, the epidemic prevention health information (the “health code”) check, the big data travel information card (the “travel code”) check, the COVID-19 nucleic acid test report check, and the visitor registration, etc. in order to enter the test center on time. On the morning of workdays, the traffic is heavy on Shungeng Road to the west of the entrance of the test center, so please be sure to arrange your trip reasonably and arrive at the test center according to the time required above, in order to avoid delaying the test.
6. Social vehicles such as taxis, ride-hailing cars and private cars are not allowed to enter the campus.
